Ok, we have settled on a Burlington Park that Brandon knows of. Burlington is slightly better than G-boro since ppl traveling N on I-85 won't have to back track. Here is the main info:
Joe C Davidson Park Sunday, May 22nd 1pm until whenever Who is coming and who can bring a grill? I will bring a good sized cooler for storing food/drinks in and Hamburgers and hotdogs. Directions: FROM GREENSBORO, NC AND ALL POINTS WEST- Take I-40 E, I-85 N to exit 140, University Dr / Elon exit. At top of ramp, turn left. Go to 2rd stop light. Turn right Go 2/10 mile to the entrance to Joe Davidson Park. FROM DURHAM AND ALL POINTS EAST- Take I-40 W, I-85 S to exit 140, University Dr / Elon exit. At top of ramp, turn right. Go 1st stop light. Turn right Go 2/10 mile to the entrance to Joe Davidson Park. eeehhhh no... off the new exit coming from Gboro its the SECOND light take a right park will be on your left. (first light is other side of the bridge for those people coming from the east. the next light is where they are sticking the target and shit... thats the one you want.)
From Raliegh direction its the FIRST light and take a right. park is still on your left. (you people get to make a big U almost. ) |
